At Biltrax Construction Data; Navin leads a team of 75+ associates & together they work closely with Sales, Marketing, Specifications, Business Development, Strategy & Management Teams of leading Construction Material Manufacturers & Distributors in India covering Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Facade & other product segments helping them achieve their objectives with regards to Market Share, Penetration, Geographical Focus, & Project/Clientele Types using our Proprietary Data & Analytics. Through a strategic implementation of our principles, our Clients are able to realize hundreds of crores in additional revenues each year. 

 

Prior to founding Biltrax in 2018; Navin amassed 12+ years in US & Indian Construction Industries working in diverse roles covering Development Management which includes Project Feasibility, Design, Engineering, Project Management, Sales & Marketing Strategy, Contracts/Procurement & Site Operations. During this tenure, he has delivered millions of square feet of Residential, Commercial, Data Centers, Hotels, Educational/Student Housing & High-End Luxury Housing projects both in India & the United States. 

 

This diverse experience along with a deep understanding of the problems facing the Construction Material Manufacturers led Navin to create Biltrax with a clearly-defined ‘Construction-DNA’ which targets the Sales, Marketing, Specifications & Business Development related inefficiencies in large organizations. 

 

Navin is a pioneer in developing & implementing a Structured Data & Analytics Approach towards Construction Market Intelligence in India.

 

At Biltrax, Navin is responsible for crafting & delivering the vision of the organization & is involved in leading key initiatives in Operations, Client Engagement, Product Development as well as Business Development.
